At Bay Lake Landscapes, we aim to provide a fair and transparent service. By booking work with us, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations

A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for any cancellation.

Cancellations must be made before materials are ordered. Once materials have been ordered or purchased, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Late Cancellations

Any cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

This fee covers administrative, scheduling, and staffing costs already committed to your project.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that situations such as illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events can arise.

In such cases, work will be rescheduled rather than cancelled, where possible.

A 25% payment of the total project cost will be required in advance to secure the rescheduled booking.

This ensures that administrative and labour costs are covered and allows us to allocate resources effectively.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable where cancellations are made in accordance with the terms above.

Any costs already incurred (including materials, labour, or third-party services) may be deducted from any refund due.
