At Bay Lake Landscapes, we take great care to carry out all work safely, professionally, and in accordance with current UK standards and regulations. We hold valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind.

However, by engaging with our services or entering a site where work is being carried out, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Bay Lake Landscapes shall not be held legally responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the unauthorised interference, misuse, or disregard of safety measures associated with our work, equipment, materials, or site conditions.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Individuals entering active work areas without permission

• Failure to observe safety signage, barriers, or verbal instructions

• Tampering with or relocating safety equipment, signage, tools, or materials

• Use of our tools, machinery, or materials by unauthorised persons

• Accidents resulting from hazards that are clearly marked or reasonably expected within an active construction or landscaping environment (e.g. excavations, uneven ground, machinery in use)

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure site safety, responsibility rests with individuals to act with due care and to respect clearly indicated hazards and restricted areas.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
